Delivery & Returns


Free delivery is applied to the vast majority of postcodes on Mainland UK. There may be a delivery surcharge to your postcode depending on quantity for mainland UK and will certainly be a slight delivery surcharge for areas outside of Mainland UK. If you would like to order outside of this area or have received a “no shipping option” message at check out please contact us and we will get you sorted!

This information is for guidance only. Your estimated delivery date will be stated at the time you place your order if over the phone. All website website orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. At this current time couriers are experiencing delays due to limited staff and a higher volume of orders; orders have been taking up to two weeks. Please get in touch if you would like an update or tracking reference.

Although we try to provide an accurate delivery date, this can sometimes vary and is in the hands of the third-party courier. Currently orders placed through the website will only deliver to Mainland UK, if you would like to place an order for outside this area please contact us on 01704 821717 as additional delivery charges will apply.

Please check your order and address details at the time of ordering. If you are ordering via the website please check the information is correct on your confirmation email. If orders are dispatched to an incorrect address that has been provided, the customer will be liable for costs incurred retrieving or redirecting the order. We will help where we can in changing or amending addresses.

Some delivery services are not available to all UK addresses due to courier restrictions. Courier deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Parcels dispatched are dispatched using XDP or Royal Mail and usually on a next day or two working day service (location dependant). Some areas such as the Highlands or Islands will take longer and we cannot foresee courier delays. 

UK pallets will be sent using varying couriers’ dependant on your location, once dispatched they are usually with you in 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Pallets to Europe and the rest of the world will be given an estimated delivery date once they are dispatched.

If you change your mind about a product it is up to yourself to return the items in their original packaging and pay the returns costs incurred. There is a 30 day returns period.

Repackage the items in their original packaging

If this is no longer available, you must package the items to protect them during transit. A label will not stick to the mats and needs to be attached to the secure packaging.

Return the items

Send the items back to us at Mayo Cow Comfort, Isle of Man Farm, Meadow Lane, Croston, PR26 9JP.

Keep an eye out for your refund

Once we have received the items back to the yard, we will check them over and ensure they are in resalable condition. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original carriage costs incurred.

We’ll process your refund on return of the goods back. This will usually be completed and back in your account within 3-5 working days dependant on the payment option used.

The items are not under warranty if they are lost in transit on return, the customer will be liable for the excess costs.
